Where possible, CDP Equity has the objective of achieving rotation when numerous qualified suppliers exist, with a comparative selection process that follows the best market practices and aimed at identifying the supplier deemed the most suitable for the individual type of expenditure.
For all expenditure and appointment requirements, CDP Equity identifies suppliers and consultants deemed - on the basis of objective criteria - to have a structure and experience suitable and appropriate for the supply of goods and services.
With regard to the contracts entered into with parties included among the recipients of Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, CDP Equity requests a declaration regarding the absence of criminal proceedings, final sentences or disqualification measures, also of a precautionary nature, pursuant to and for the purposes of Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
Furthermore, the adoption of contractual remedies is generally envisaged as a consequence of violations by the counterparty of the Code of Ethics or Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 or the issue of one of the aforementioned declarations which is subsequently found to be untrue.
