CDP Equity: Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors

Milan 6^thApril 2020 – the Board of Directors of CDP Equity, meeting on 2nd April 2020, has co-opted Giovanni Gorno Tempini (formerly President of CDP) as the new President of CDP Equity.

The other directors are Pierpaolo Di Stefano (Chief Executive Officer) and Ilaria Bertizzolo (Director).
